REM Carpet and Tile Cleaning Services, an IICRC Certified Firm, has been approved by the City of Kaufman to clean and sanitize the Kaufman Civic Center.
“We’re beyond honored to have been selected to clean and sanitize the Civic Center,” says Robert Quinn, President of REM Carpet and Tile Cleaning Services. “We’re a local family-owned business, but spent just as much time and effort as the big names getting trained, certified, and equipped to bring the very best service to our community.”
As part of the cleaning service, REM will be deploying the new Sanitization 7 seven-step sanitization program. Sanitization 7 is a medical-grade solution used in hospital operating rooms around the country. It is both FDA and EPA approved, and is registered with the EPA as a hospital disinfectant that kills 99.999% of harmful bacteria on soft and hard surfaces in 60 seconds. Cleanup is finished with MicrobeCare, an antimicrobial that inhibits the growth of microbes and microorganisms for up to 1 year.
“While many great cleaning companies have worked hard to create and manage cleaning protocols that meet the demands of this pandemic, none of them are unified in their protocols, procedures, or even their implementation.” notes Spencer B. Suggs, CEO of Sanitization 7. “Our aim is to unify the industry by creating practical solutions that clean better and simple procedures to ensure accuracy. We’re grateful for partners like REM that are helping us make that happen.”
“The best part of Sanitization 7 is that it’s a provable clean,” adds Mr. Quinn. “Results are 100% trackable and verifiable. We’ll be taking an ATP reading before we start work on the Civic Center and after we finish. The staff who work there and the citizens that enjoy events there can rest assured that it won’t just be clean: it will be REM Clean. And we’ll be able to prove it.”
