A few weeks ago I asked for recommendations for a tile cleaner, specifically slate And travertine. Someone recommended Robert Quinn with REM TILE AND CARPET CLEANING! I came home yesterday and did a little “happy dance” all over my kitchen floor. It was beautiful, all the natural colors of the tile (that I previously hated) were swinging through! More to the story….set up appointment (we went on vacation) they cleaned floors while we were gone). Came home and were disappointed. Called Robert Quinn and he came out the next day. He was not surprised as our floors were about 12+ years old and had been improperly cleaned throughout the years by myself and previous owners. Robert schooled me on proper cleaning and set up appointment to reclean. NOT ONCE DID HE TRY TO GET MORE MONEY! He made it right and I am sooo very happy!

Robert and his team at REM made my home look amazing. He thoroughly explained the process and was timely in showing up for both the estimate and the job. We feel like our house is so clean and sterile now and would love to get on a regular schedule with REM. I highly recommend them.

Came in the morning and got job done (7 areas) and got my red Gatorade stain out :). I would use again…happy with results!

Robert and Trey did a great job. They were both really nice and friendly. I wish they had been able to be more thorough in corners and small areas but I understand that is extremely difficult with the machinery that they use. Overall, great job. The before and after was like night and day.

This is a professional team. They did a great job & was very time efficient. They understand guests are our priority & even used all natural cleaning products.

We were moving out of our rental and needed to have our carpet cleaned per our lease agreement. We hired green cleaning and they did and AWFUL job. The carpet looked the same if not worse and left and awful smell. Called REM to have another company come clean it a week later and he was extremely nice and professional. The carpet looks much Better! No smell and it’s fluffy and new again.
