Todd Archer Returns to REM Cleaning Services
Mr. Archer will be help restructure company operations and service.

Founded in 2017, REM Cleaning Services, based in Kaufman TX, quickly grew into a regional powerhouse, providing carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, and other services to hotels, convention centers, and other hospitality-focused businesses from West Texas to Florida and everywhere in between.
“I was always proud of the way we do business,” says Robert Quinn, President of REM Cleaning Services. “In an industry with no license requirements or oversight of any kind, we put a strong emphasis on quality — not just of our work, but the quality of our customers’ experience working with us. Todd was a big part of that.”
Todd Archer joined REM in 2019 and was an instrumental part of the company’s expansion. In his role as service manager, he began the challenging task of helping the company develop operations guidelines and processes that are still in place to this day. Due to personal circumstances changing, Mr. Archer had to leave the company to focus on family.
“I’ve always said REM is a family company,” continues Mr. Quinn. “And when Todd needed to take time to focus on his, I understood his decision. But now that he’s back, I’m elated to be working toward an incredible future for the company.”
Indeed, with Mr. Archer resuming his responsibilities, REM is preparing to roll out several new initiatives, including a Strategic Budget Plan for commercial facilities, a PIP (Property Improvement Planning) investment preservation program, a new multi-tiered offering that will give customers greater control of their cleaning package.
The company is also revamping its residential cleaning services, including a new expanded service area in and around Kaufman TX.
“Returning to REM is like coming home after a long time away,” Mr. Archer explains. “A lot is the same, and a lot has changed, but the core mission of the business remains and I’m excited to be a part of what comes next.”
Todd Archer re-joins as Service Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day customer service, operations, and planning.
